This man led them out, having pro- duced terrors and evidences in the land of Egypt, and in the Red Sea., and in the desert for forty years. ‘ This is the Moses who said to the

He was the ambassador to the congregation in the desert, with the angel who spoke to him, and to our ancestors at the Mount Sinai, who received living messages to transmit to us. YES, AND YOU ERECTED THE TENT OF INIOLOCH, AND OF YOUR GOD, THE STAR R12Mr¤1~1AN—~ THOSE IMAGES WHICH YOU MADE FOR YOURSELVES TO WORSHIP Z THEREFORE I WILL TRANSPORT YOU BEYOND DAMASCUS. 'The tent of the witness, however,
was with our forefathers in the desert, just as He Who spoke to Moses directed it to be made according to
