For their vine is a true stock of Sodom, From Gomorah’s blasted {arm ; Its bunches are bunches of poisons, Bitter clusters of grapes it yields. Their wine is the venom of serpents, And the poison of deadly asps. Is it not stored up beside Me, And well sealed up in My barns, A means of avenge and requitel, When the time of their punishment comes ?
